St Michael's Uniting Church is a Uniting Church in Australia church located in Collins Street in central Melbourne, Australia. The first church was built in 1839 but it was demolished in 1866 when began the construction of the present church. The Romanesque design was made by architects Reed & Barnes, while the construction works were completed in 1867.

The church went through extensive interior renovations the 1970's and is currently undergoing exterior renovation. St Michael's Uniting Church is classified by the National Trust of Australia and the Victorian Heritage Register.
